Kyle helped us without an appointment as we were driving back to Mount Vernon from the Columbus Airport. Last week, we had been forced to drive over a piece of truck tire in traffic. We could continue our trip to the airport, but the car was unsafe to make the trip back to our home a week later. Kyle took the time to reattach the underbody cover of our car. I have no idea how to imagine or name the parts:) Thanks Kyle!

I would advise not buying a car from this place. I bought a 2014 Volkswagen passat from here and bought their "warranty" I took the car to them a total of 3 times and paid over $1000 in parts and labor for them NOT to fix the problem. The very last time i took the car to them for the very same problem they test drove the car until it was out on warranty on miles and told me they couldn't figure out the problem. A week after the car was completely shot and now i owe $11k on a pos car with no motor. This place is as bad as it gets. VERY BAD PEOPLE!

Kyle and his team are the best. They know their customers and their cars well, and treat them and their vehicles with respect and honesty. Work is completed thoroughly and on time, and when I have had a question following service, they have addressed my concern immediately.

Amazing experience! I was just passing through town and had a concerning rattle noise suddenly come from my engine bay. They got my car into the shop last minute and fixed an issue with the strut mount for free (and fixed a few other minor issues while they were at it!) That's how business is done!
