Thoughtful and fair

Great service and wonderful people. They did a great job inspecting my car and determining the root causes of the issues I was having. They clearly communicated the repairs needed and the costs of each item. They stuck to their estimate and there were no hidden charges. They even drove me home after I dropped my car off to them! They also picked me up to take me back to their shop to pickup my car once it was fixed!

Such an amazing experience. The staff is kind, honest and knowledgeable. I’ve had several of cars and I have been to lots of repair shops, this is the first place that I feel like didn’t try to recommend unnecessary things or overcharge for services. 10/10 would recommend

Excellent business. I have found Kyle to be honest when discussing issues with my vehicle. Pricing is fair for the services provided, and their front desk person, Dawn, is just as professional and easy to work with as the rest of the crew. I would recommend Bexley Automotive for routine maintenance and serious repair work!. I expect the to keep my 2009 Subaru Forester running for a few more years!!!
