Everything was very easy. Dropped off the car the night before using the envelope and mail slot. Requested work was done, as were additional items they discovered. Pickup was easy also: car keys were left in a secure locker for after-hours pickup.

I have had multiple vehicles go through this location and I have had nothing but good things to say. From them being able to diagnose an issue that the dealer couldn't, or wouldn't, resolve and out to having my father-in-law's work truck worked on, let me tell you that there is nobody else in the entire State I would rather take my vehicle to. Ava communication has been honest, has been fair, and an incredibly respectful. They are kind and considerate, and are incredibly good at keeping up with the customer about what is going on was there a vehicle. They are so busy all the time for good reason, because everybody trust them, so let me add my voice to those who have already say that this is the best mechanic in Columbus

Kyle and his team communicated clearly and quickly, providing photos and detailed explanations of what needed to be repaired. Very courteous, professional and kind interactions with staff. The prices were very reasonable - I greatly appreciated NOT being charged an extra service fee for using a credit card for payment. Scheduling was easy, repairs were completed very quickly and I used after hours drop off and pick up services, which were very convenient! Very happy with my repairs that cost a fraction of what I was quoted elsewhere. Thanks so much - its great to have a reliable and fairly priced auto shop to go to for regular maintenance as well as unexpected car problems - you made a stressful week a little easier for me!

Easy to make appointment, car in at 8:00, done by 3:00. Perfect as always. Kyle reminds me of the kind of shop and service we had when I was a kid in the 60s-70s.

This is a phenomenal shop- they diagnosed my issue over the phone and had it fixed within 20 minutes after arrival. My tech also took the time to show me exactly what the problem was and explain the logic behind his recommendation to fix before moving forward, and did this all for an extremely reasonable price. I cannot recommend them enough- you’ll be in excellent hands here!

Was very quick and efficient with my oil change. There wasnt any "funny business" either. Honest company!
